Terms of Service

1. The service

EvaliQA ("the Service") provides evaluation and observability tooling for AI systems. It is operated by QA Mentor.

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the credentials, datasets and evaluation content you upload, and for compliance with the terms of your model providers.

You must not use the Service to build or evaluate systems that violate applicable law, target private individuals, or bypass provider content policies.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the acts of your workspace members.

3. Plans and billing

Trial workspaces are free for 14 days. Paid plans renew until cancelled from the Stripe Customer Portal.

Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may adjust plan pricing with 30-day notice. Existing paid periods run out at their original price.

4. Data and evidence

You retain ownership of the content you upload. We hold a limited license to store and process it to operate the Service.

We do not use your prompts, datasets, evaluations or traces to train models on your behalf.

Data lifecycle and export details are covered by the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and limits

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee an SLA on non-Enterprise plans.

Plan quotas (seats, projects, evaluated cases, traces, retention) are enforced server-side. Attempts to circumvent them may result in suspension.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

Deletion of a workspace removes its data from EvaliQA data stores after a short grace period.
