  • Do you charge for LLM tokens?
    No. Evaluation targets and judges call your own provider through your keys. Platform pricing covers the workspace, storage, generation and evidence — not resold tokens.
  • What counts as an evaluated case?
    One row scored by the eval engine — regardless of how many metrics you attach. Runs that fail before scoring (bad connector, cancelled) do not count against your quota.
  • What counts as a runtime trace?
    A trace is one recorded session captured through the runtime SDK. Individual spans inside a trace do not add to the count.
  • Can I switch monthly and annual later?
    Yes. Change plans from the Stripe Customer Portal at any time. Prorated adjustments follow Stripe defaults.
  • Do you offer a free plan?
    Yes. Free is permanent — no card, no trial clock. It ships with 2 seats, 2 projects, 1 000 evaluated cases a month, and 5 000 runtime traces. Upgrade to Team when you outgrow it.
  • Do you offer self-hosted?
